Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council
Building Neighborhoods Block by Block
Welcome!
The Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council is the umbrella organization for the many Neighborhood Councils in Richmond, California. Through the RNCC we work together to build stronger neighborhoods. This website will help you understand just what that means.
Here you will learn who we are, how we work together, and what issues concern us and how you can get involved.
You will find the agenda for our next meeting, records of past meetings, contact information for organizations that affect community life, and a history of the RNCC.
The Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council provides a forum for speakers who address a wide range of issues and causes in our city. If you wish to make a presentation at an RNCC meeting, please contact 1 of the officers
In a nutshell, here you’ll find the resources that will help you help yourself and your community.
